Women & Tech: Invisible Barriers, HR Levers, Practical Solutions – Liège Créative

Women remain underrepresented in tech and digital professions, despite growing efforts to promote gender equality in the workplace.

On April 3rd, Liège Créative will bring together the perspectives of four professionals, who will share their insights, observations, and experiences. These exchanges will help transform awareness into concrete drivers for action.

This conference is co-organized with the HeR-Lab project, which brings together women and tech companies to co-create practical and innovative HR solutions aimed at strengthening the inclusion of women in the digital sector in Belgium.
